I walked into the Doctors Common Room to see a bunch of physicians riveted by the inauguration.

What a day!

The plate fell out of my hands as Wolf Bltzer announced that Obama had won the election. Somewhere in the distance I heard my wife screaming.

It does not matter that my political views differ from his – his win is way bigger. All of a sudden, this country  has become a home. Things looks so much different. It seems to have reached up and attained the ideals of the Founding Fathers. America has dome something no black person ever thought was possible – elected a black president.

It is really true, the American dream lives!.. and I cry tears of joy for my kids. The world is literally at their feet.
