Life plays out constantly in a hospital – joy, pain, fear, hate, pride,………

A well-lit OR…patient on the table…..on one side of the curtain…….OBs doing a cesarean…patient is awake…..the epidural is awesome….the block, dense…….so what should be painful looks mundane…..on the other side…… the face of a scared young woman….apprehensive….beside her, an even more scared young man….he reaches and holds her hand…..squeezes it…..she manages a smile….he wipes a tear from her eye……
